The family run pension PRIZMEX is located on a
wooded quiet street in the
prestigious Prague district Orechovka, known as
"Prague's Beverly
Hills" due to its famous inhabitants. It takes only
10 minutes walk to get to the Prague castle and the
famous
St.Vitus cathedral, which can
be seen from the pensions' windows.
Transportation from the pension to the Old town:
transport is not so
necessary, but if you are tired, you can take tram
No.18, which goes through
the whole centre of Prague. The tram stop is 250
metres
away from the pension. This
area is the safest in Prague (the Czech president
lives down the street).
Trams pass by the whole night. A taxi from the
centre costs maximum 7 USD (make sure to call AAA
taxi at 14014 for the best and most honest rates).
A walk from the Old town square will take you
amaximum
of 30 minutes.
There are only 5 roomsin the pension, each 2 rooms
sharing a
bathroom and toilet. 2- 4
bed rooms are equipped with new modern furniture
and TV.
Breakfast is served in rooms or in the garden. It is
so pretty to sit in
the garden, to pluck apples from the tree and to
drink morning coffee!
In the garden you can make a barbeque yourself or
ask the
owners to prepare real
shishkebob for you.
