Company Diamond Wind is located in Prague, Czech Republic; its main purpose is to provide local services.
Diamond Travel System is located in New Jersey, USA, and its main task is providing information to our customers.

Our Prague's staff takes individual care of each client. We will call you to the hotel to know, how was your day. We will assist you in any problems or questions. We will meet you at the airport to help with the luggage, we can even find babysitter for you child - and you could go to discotheque and dance till the down. If you will suddenly get ill, we call the doctor for you.
Same care you will get in Vienna and Budapest.

Arriving to any of cities, you will get invitation letter with contact details of person, responsible for your stay.

We are known as "last minute help". Are you going to come tomorrow morning, and now is already today's evening? Just make a call to our non-stop Prague's telephone. We will find a place to stay for you. And your trip will be organized same as you would plan it one month in advance.

During more than 10 years we organize tours all over Europe. If you want to see Poland or Netherlands, Germany or Italy, it is not necessary to ask for somebody else. We are here, we are in the center of Europe, and we will do for you the best.

This site is designed to fit needs of travelers to the Central European countries. You can find information about main destinations and services on the main page. But if you have some special requirements or didn't find answer to your question on the site, please don't hesitate to contact us. You will get reply within 24 hours.

Type of rooms: If you are not sure what kind of room should you request, please read following instruction:

Sgl - room with one or two beds with only one sleeping and paying person.
Dbl or twn - room with 2 beds with 2 sleeping and paying persons. Dbl means room with one big matrimonial bed; twn means rooms with 2 separate beds
Trpl - room with 3 standard beds or 2 standard beds and 1 extra bed
Apartment at the hotel - normally consists of the living part and the bed room
Suite at the hotel - room bigger than standard one

Type of meal:
BB - accommodation with breakfast only
HB - accommodation with the half board (breakfast + 1 more meal in a day)
FB - accommodation with the full board (breakfast + lunch and dinner)

Children policy: normally hotels have different children discounts depending on hotel' rating
2* hotels: 0-2 years - free of charge
2-7 years - 50% discount
up from 7 years - full amount
3* hotels: 0-2 years - free of charge
2-12 years - 50% discount
4* hotels: 0-5 years - free of charge
5-14 years - pay for the breakfast only
5* hotels: 0-14 years - free of charge

Children discounts can't get children in a separate room: they must live in one room with 1 or 2 adults.

Payment
We guarantee security of your payments. We try to make your payment as more safety, as it is possible.
1. You fulfill special form, but DON'T insert your credit card details. We receive this information, and you get back automatically generated answer by email.
2. In the email you get from us with your order' status. If the status is "confirmed", you must just send your credit card number.

It is easy, but the MOST SAFETY way to pay by the credit card through the Internet.

How to buy on our site:
1. Choose hotel, which satisfies your demands
2. Click "Book Hotel".
3. You must carefully fill in details of your stay: dates of check in and check out, number or rooms and type of rooms; number of adults and children. Please see children policy.
4. Please write down your personal details. Please indicate also what kind of mean would you like to have. Breakfast is automatically included in the accommodation price. If you would like to have at the hotel Half board (lunch or dinner - 1 meal in a day) or Full board (lunch & dinner - 2 meals in a day), please indicate.
5. If you need any additional services, please indicate what would you like to order and go to the step 4. If you don't need anything except accommodation, please go back to the step 2.
6. Now you will see the total amount of your order. If you are ready to buy, please read carefully our Terms and Conditions. If you accept all of them, click "I agree" and then
7. Go to the final step, check you data and send your booking form.

Speed of processing request
In spite our 2 companies work non- stop in the day, night, during weekends and holidays, we can't insist of the same style of work. That is why it is rather difficult to get for you hotel room confirmations during weekends and holidays. So if you send us request during days off, please, be patient a little bit.
